being 7 months pregnant is tiring lately
i have this need to sit down every so often that im worried to get back to work again
imagine being pregnant and taking care of the o&g patient
i wish i could stay in the screening room till i finished my housemanship - 24 more days to go once i started working again

im at home given some time off after my threatened preterm labour at 28 week - tocolysed with nifedipine loading x4 but failled, they tried bricanyl of which i felt as if my heart gonna pumped out of my chest-basically failed, which left mgso4 as the last option-asked my husband to give the slow bolus part
warded for 5 days and given time off for 1 week

my tummy is getting bigger and the discomfort grew
it's hard to sleep at night nowadays
i should say it's hard to lie down n stay like that for a few hours, i find myself dozing off to sleep on and off at night time the longest i could stay asleep is 1 and a half hour only, i have to toss around preventing my husband from sleeping too soundly or get up walk around or play tetris, words, facebook or strain my eyes to read some books and then try to get another few hours of sleep
the next morning my husband will ask "tak tido ke smalam" sbb ade org kaco dia tido haha

my first post for this year after a few months of no new entry
yes lots of things happened and lots of things to be looked forward to
eventhough i have mix feelings of going through all of these....

do u know how it feels of wanting something but too scare at the same time too excited about it
scare that something might go wrong or maybe not getting what we are expecting to get
all the doubt are there if i keep on thinking
but nothing change in the end i still have to wait patiently till the end of septembre gagaggagaga
yes a new member of the family is on the way
my mom already offered herself as a baby sitter
eventhough i recalled she said the other way around a few years back
maybe she miss having little kids around her

im currently in emergency department at the hospital
a totally different experience from all other posting, except for paeds where i used to standby for cases with possible complication to the newborn - waiting for something that is unpredictable
the baby can be born normal crying or born flat where u have to resuscitate them with or without help
the end result that the senior want is for the baby to be alive no matter what except in cases of already predicted to have poor prognosis - then u dont have to feel so guilty the baby couldnt make it

im on double shift tomorrow
hopefully kemaman's people will behave - but its weekend .............
