i had the weirdest dream
my tooth fall out
but i didnt feel any pain just a bit sad
as i stare at the small little tooth in my palm

does it means anything?
i know people said it's a bad sign
im a little bit worried now
hopefully it wasnt aything
plus it wasnt within the 4 am sleep

im worried that bilah might b sick
its been such a long time since i last talk to her
my stubborn rebellious little sister
i still think of her as a little sister
i remember her doing the bird pose when she was little
n abah captured the moment with his camera
the photo might still b in the album in our house somewhere
how i miss my sister
n we have different hols time
maybe i need to go to her place sometime

back in cuneo for dinner :)
the price is alright n the foods were delicious
the place is quite close to our hotel
n it was packed with people
we had to wait for half an hour or so
to get seated
but it was worth it :)

the next morning we took the train to ventimiglia,
well supposedly the train straight to nice
but we were a bit late n the train left

the weather was very nice
n u can see the palms tree in the background-err or is it
not obvious in this photo?? well we were
entering the Mediterranean area at this stage

the river flowing from the mountains into the sea

the rocky beach
we reachd nice train station at around 3 pm
from there we walked to our hostel
nice is a big city of which is not really to my liking
bcos of too many people n too many tall modern buildings
that was my first impression
but it changed as i walked around later that evening n
the next two days that we stayed there
nice has its old part as well
of which u can see the differnt in the pattern of the buildings design

they have people of different races n yes religions
eventhough we met many people whom i believe
are muslim, we couldnt find any places to eat
which have the halal signs
one which have the sign
somehow also sell pork-which is a bit confusing doesnt it??
maybe they have different meaning in halal
who knows
but anyway i learnt to like the city :)

the picture above is taken by intan on the coach from cuneo airport
to the city centre, everything surrounding us was blanketed with
the white white snow n yes the sun was very bright probably
reflected by the snow,but honestly we didnt really feel cold
the first thing that came to my mind was, did i brought the wrong
clothing??haha but maybe they had the heater on full blown
both the airport n the bus bcos that airport is quite new,
so you know just for the sake of 1st impression hehe
we took the coach for like 20 minutes to the centre

the driver was not speaking anglaise at all
the only thing which made me sure of where we
were going was the sign boards along the street
n maybe bcos we pronounced the cuneo correctly
thus he understood our destination
there's no info.centre at the bus/train station
we had to ask around for the direction to our hotel
n yes as usual we used two different languages
with some sign language to get the direction we want
a lady at the station gave us a map n scribble the
way to get there on foot

the city was bigger than galway but there was not many
people around n the time was around noon on saturday
i thought maybe we were a bit in the outskirt
we check into the hotel n decided for a walk later
in the evening

this is located close to a carpark, not far away from our hotel
the picture below is of one of the piazza-piazza galimberti
they have sort of christmas market on sunday
u can see there wasnt any street performers at this time
n it was saturday
unlike what we normally see in other plaza or along the
shopstreet in galway,they have a quiet saturday i guess


on sunday,we took a taxi to limone piemonte for
60 euro-return journey,couldnt take a train bcos of a snowfall,
one of the ski resort was closed bcos of it,the day b4,
thank God it wasnt anything massive-well
not affecting all of the resorts i mean ;)
the snow was heavy, they advised us not to go to the higher point
but we did take the cabel car to see the area n snapped some photos

kbar decide to try skiing, changed his snowboots n rent the rest
of the gear for skiing-guess how much it cost him???
twenty-two euros only,ayesha n me changed our jacket n rent
2 sledges for thirty euros
earlier, the four of us had 4 snowboots which cost us 11 euros
n later we had coffee for like 40 cents a cup hehe
i was quite amazed with the cost really
i thought it might cost us much much more than that
anyway, we spent several hours playing
n watching kbar trying his hardest not to fall hahaha

there was this one guy i saw in the ski equipments
rental shops all confident trying his boots etc
but then i saw him again in the not-pro area
falling every few seconds bcos he couldnt controlled
his snowboard haha i thought omg he was all boosting
confidence in the shop but it's all gone now,
however that was the only time he played
i didnt see him around after that-poor guy,his friend was
better though, but this guy did used the board till he reached
the watching (??) area eventhough he kept on falling hehe

some people just go there for sun bathing
it was very bright n the rays were reflected from the snow
hence i lost my jacket in the middle of the
sledging hehe :D

today wasnt that productive,well not yet but it's alright
im planning on writing my essay later
i talked to a pt today she's just full of negative thoughts
just about everything n i feel sorry for her
she seems to have no support from anyone
everyone seems bad in her eyes
but i dont know them-so cant really tell whether that's the truth
her thinking has been like that n cant b change-i think maybe
she doesnt really trust people so she doesnt open up
to the therapist she's been seeing
or maybe she doesnt trust another way of doing things
n stick to her old ways-the same goes with her mind
my consultant might put her n the family on another therapy
hopefully this time her family will
respond well to the therapy n in a way helping her to get through
this episode in her life
the meds doesnt seems to work with her ever

one pt came up to me this morning n demanded a 2nd opinion
on her mental health status
i was at a loss for a bit as she doesnt care even if im only a medical student
but thank god this sr nurse came n said she'll talk to the consultant
for her later, n the pt didnt press the issues further
she seems a bit aggressive though her size is normal
but we never knew what they r capable of if things got out of hand
n the ward is all locked all the time
bcos there's this one pt who has the tendency to run away from the mental hosp
imagine what will happen if one of the pt bcame too
aggressive or maybe homicidal???n u have no place to
escape n save urself??
gah im imagining things hahahha

oh the schedule tomorrow includes self-study
n nasrul mentioned smthg about japanese restaurant in town hehe :D

my bag still need to b packed
though i only have one more week to go, or maybe just 4 dys
not planning on presenting myself for any presentation for the last
day of the attachment, navid 'll b missing as well so
yes im coming back early next week too
the schedule 'll b as tight as last week
but im going to visit more places
n yes i'll b google-ing the places' location again this week heh

anyway, i saw a friend of mine
well rather the blog that i read-saying she's fed up with the unnoticeable
signs left by her everywhere ngehehe
i think i know what that's about-but
hopefully that person 'll realize all the signs directed to him sooner or later
it's easier if u already know that particular person's real feeling
then being left guessing what's going on in his mind
but smthg needs to happen linking both of their minds
together or else the girl might get prasan or deluded by silly small things
which is not actually for her
yes sad isnt it but i think that's just how girl is-we tend to get deluded
with things that we wanted to happen to/for us
even in a way, way beyond other people comprehension

my pt couldnt remember why she was depressed
or rather she gave me smthg which is totally
made up-well i think so
bcos its not related to her but she believes that
is the reason emm now it sounds like delusion?haha
n that eo wants us to provide a complete
past psych history for the case
but not without the help of the charts
if i do ask the pt again
she will either repeat the same answer or
she might come out with a new story haaih...
n the truth is i couldnt find the depressive
episode in the chart anyway

but anyway we had this video session this morning
i had a patient with pressure of speech
gah i thought i did very bad, but the doc.
conducting the playback session
told us it is hard to talk to pt with pressure of speech
and she also has this grandiose so yes she likes the camera hahha
i never have thought she would suddeny asked
whether we r being recorded in the middle of the session hahha
i was so embarrassed it's as if i didnt say anything about
the recording though i actually explained to her twice
but she was pleasant and wasnt that disinhibited this morning
and not as tired as the first time i talked to her last 2 weeks
or else she might just said she want to sleep in the
middle of the video session-yes it happened the first time
well she has BPAD really hence the symptoms ;)
im taking her as my second case :)
n i learnt what the intrusive really means today
i know it's like intrusion but dont
exactly know when they applied it
err do i sound stupid to u?haha

oh several other things i got from psych so far is
not to blame urself for anything that happen in the past or
maybe even think about anything that occurred that deep
since it might slightly lead to guilt which yes
might cause stronger guilty feeling as time passes
-u might end up depress
i believe i do feel depress smtms-but yeah
try not to think too much of it :)

i couldnt sleep, i've been up for two hours
this is like waking 4 hours earlier then my normal waking hour
n gah im bloated from eating too much
could that b the reason?

tomorrow i have clinic to attend, but i want to go
n talk to this particular pt as well for my case report
at least i have one case from this week
n the second one from the next week
then wait for the child psych week for one more case

the clinic is at 10

but this stupid guy rephrased his question,n said whether i've been in the kitchen this morning
guess why???
apparently someone left some bread crumbs on the dining table!!?!
the only person been in the kitchen b4 him was the owner of the house
n yes that shut him up

and for the first time in my five years away from home
i couldnt go for eid prayer-we had tutorials the whole morning

not mine
i dont know whether it's me who is unaware of the expensiveness all this time
or it's only recently being this expensive
and that is without even any other check-up
the letter came quite late-as usual
since we are not in kl
and they(iumc) are expecting the test result this 26th of august
hopefully the lab 'll b able to fax the result by sunday next week
mara's documents are still on their way here-though they said
they'll b using the post laju service hmm..

life was at a slow pace this couple of weeks
with my mum n dad gone for their umrah
so only my siblings n i are left at home right this moment
maher is home for the school hols.
n the new house next to ours is brought up to life with
their kids running n making noises around the house.
unfortunately they started their little activities when the first
light comes up indicating the start of a new day-well yes everyday!
which is not that pleasant since they are noisy :(
n im not use to it-just yet
n my room is unpractically facing their house too
but they'll only be here for the hols so it's gonna b
peaceful again-well the army aircrafts are still around though

kmb probably sending 13 newbies to nuig
n this sist of mine is still waiting for her offer letter
which seem to b quite late-n she didnt make
any effort of checking any list available to confirm her
college status?!

1-i believe it took more than 5 minutes to upload one single photo

2-these are from yesterday,we went to lata belatan n yes i wasnt thinking straight n ended with that baju kurung which is not quite not the right choice of a baju for a trip to a waterfall haha
but we were not allowed to mandi anyway,so maybe that was the reason i went for baju kurung.
my mum had her students out camping at that place so we just went to take a look at how they cope with the place with rain and all,honestly we all think it wasnt that good of a place for school students to have it as their camping site.unless they were separated from the visitors who went there to have fun.there were just too many mat motor loafing around which i found unattractive n yes i could never breath in the smoke coming out from their ciggarette grgrgr didnt everyone go there for some fresh air far away from the polluted jerteh?oh maybe not,the mat motor must have gone there to cuci mate agaknya :p

3-lata belatan was actually located at the bottom of gunung tebu-yes the one with many stories of missing people,especially from some school/institution's mount climbing expedition.there was this incident where they found the missing person in a place which they've been combing for like forever-but no they only found him after all hope was almost gone,quite a game isnt it?maybe the bunian or whatever is said to be residing there was pissed off by those people attitude and decided to play a game on them heh. but anyway,this waterfall is not as dangerous as lata tembakah. they had people died in that particular waterfall but not in lata belatan.another nice place for relaxing is air panas la just a few minutes drive from the 2 lata. err mybe not a few minutes but they are quite near to each other :)

1-my sister got her IB result!

-starting thursday till sunday

i've done painting my room,well not exactly
but i've covered most parts except some which are
smeared with cement when they were reattaching the brick
and the wooden wall
the next project is still in progress-painting my
mother's room interiorly and exteriorly
the interior is done last week
so im doing the exterior yesterday and today
she havent yet decided the new
colour for the house,somebody was asked to choose
the colour since we wont hear the end of it
if the colour we chose doesnt suit his taste :p
but he's BUSY with NOTHING n havent made up his mind??!?!

' when god behaving badly ' its not GOD its more like
GODS and GODDESS from the ancient Rome
the book is hilarious with a very good writing
though the gods are from the ancient rome time
they are living in the modern world but with a little power
and yes no one believe in them anymore
which is the actual cause for their loss of power
its about how they became powerfull again=a journey
involving some mortals of how they get the trust from the
london people(somehow they are residents of london city)
which then resulted in their power coming back to them

5-gonna watch tv now :D

emm this next few wks we'll have lect on social preventive medicine, forensic pathology and global health, the later one is actually an optional course but seems like interesting so i'll go as long it doesnt clash with my other tutorial, erk i think my core topic tutorial 'll b at 3 for the next 3 wks, wonder whether the lect is on the same time on tuesday....

is that a good reason to b forced to add/accept their friend request???it might b forgiven if:
a)they tried to make themselves a friend first
b)they drop a comment on ur page asking POLITELY to b added
c)or at least give me ONE GOOD REASON why i should accept their friend request

im back in galway-for a few dys now
but still couldnt upload my photos frm spain which im not sure what exactly is t.prob
dont think it's bcos of t.size, not due to t.capacity provided/used as well, just couldnt mmmm....

spain was/is hot
hence im covered wth scratch marks all over,n now i have one more mission : turn it back to its usual condition,well need to since we'll b starting the attachment right away when the school start

we cvrd svrl cities crdoba, seville, granada, valencia, malaga, barcelona, madrid n toledo.








1-in cordoba we went to mezquita, some garden, n watched from afar one of the roman bridge. it was actually just across the road but the day was too hot, we constantly ate ice cream n have a bottle of water in our hands all the time, plus the bridge looks as if it's newly build using some different stone so i dont feel any regret not crossing it as all the tourist did heh, we were trapped in the semana santa celebration/parade on the evening of our first day. honestly never though i could witness it with my own eyes, n i thought they only have this kind of celebration in vatican city, i dont have a photo, but some other group member did snap their photos, so maybe later when im able to upload photo i'll post it up,oh n we tried paella here-it came in a large portion to b shared with min 2 people, but eventhough there's 5 of us we still couldnt finish it, so yeah it's a lots n of course a lots of seafood too :)2-in seville we went to their bull ring + museum, etc. the match started on the following sunday so yeah we missed it. it's not all yr round only around march up till oct or smthg, probably due to the weather, they have a heavy rain if it's started as happened during our stay in malaga, where we have to take cover for like 1 hour or so.

3-then we went to malaga i think,it's quite a big city with tons of museum n famous with picasso, also we went to ruin of roman theater, and alcazaba/sort of fortress like n we tried fried fish here. it's actually fried seafood but yeah we have different prefernces some might want to take it with sauce etc, n the cold soup-you can try but i'm not recommending :p4-after that to granada-yes to the main attraction i.e. alhambra where we que since 6.30 am but there were still many many other tourists who came earlier than us, so maybe u want to do online booking before u go there especially if it's during summer. the morning was freezing cold so everyone was like moving around to heat up their body but the day was hot as like other part of spain. alhambra is definitely a large area but i like the garden part the most, some sit on the next different hill so bring a suitable shoes. we went to albaycin n pray at probably the only msque in that area, it's located next to a church/cathedral (not that big i think), we ate kebab at the bottom of alhambra hill in the small city-finally we found a halal kebab shop :) n yeah the ice cream was good. a lady asked whether we r filipinos haha

5-we continued with valencia which has lots of cathedral, so we ended going to cntral market, the unesco gothic building, some tower, n some plaza before everyone decided to go to the aqurium(sort of). we watch the largest mary + baby jesus made from flower arrangement here, it's as big as the cathedral next to it, it was in the plaza we planned to go so that's y=err u guys can just skip this city really even the famous central market is just a market, the unesco building is not that great either, bcos u can find other gothic buildings all around spain

6-the next stop was barcelona-yes we went to the barcelona stadium though we didnt go in since they have a match on that day, some other places include sagrada familia(jewish thingy), some gaudi arts(as on/a buildings mind u haha=La Pedrera), we didnt get to go to montjuic(guess wrong spelling???), but we did reach the maritime site n yeah la ramblas street sort of like our shop street during weekend but their la ramblas is more lively err maybe more people heh, we had our lunch in one of kebab's house as well just that we were given seats in their bar area bcos of too many customers. i think it's here that u can see lots of gothic building

7-then for the next 3 days we stayed in madrid, one day was allocated for a day-trip to toledo about 1n a half hour by bus from madrid. madrid is a big city as expected, but it's easy to move around with the metro n sometime u can just walk to another metro station if the weather is good, here we went to the stadium haha, another places include retiro park which used to b a palace garden, it's quite big with boating lake and several small palace inside it, we had a breakfast in a cafe in front of the park. we tried its tortilla before continue our trip fr the day.we walked pass palaco real, but the que was too long so we just skip the palace n went straight to other places.
in toledo we went up the hill to alcaza(sort of palace), mezquita del cristo de la luz=from the name u can guess it has been converted to a church or maybe what left is only a ruin, in this cae it's more to a ruin, n also its plaza-plaza zocodover.oh there's morning market next to its tourist info centre, n they have sweet popcorn!:D which couldnt b found in galway hehe

8-if u want to shop for souvenir, albaycin is cheaper if u found the right shop ie muslim shop, some madrid shops are also offering quite a good price, u can bargain if u want but choose the right shops ok, like the one own by arabs, pakistanis people etc.n yeah beware of pickpocket-they normally move in groups

his specialty-so now all we can do is pray n wait

2 written papers were over
still have labs n oral for the 2 subjects coming
we still didnt get to see the wet specimens n the slides for patho
n guess when the lab is?
the day after tomorrow?!
gah!!they r really making us going crazy
or is this some sort of punishment for not doing the revision straight after the lab practical is??haha nvrmind we'll work things out :)

im gonna go shopping after the patho lab xam is done!hehe :D

it's weird but this yr we had quite a snow :)

when the opportunity is just there in front of us we often take it for granted,
during my time in religious type of school i hate learning all those stuff but when i was freed from the school allow to roam free to whatever place i want to go, i realize what's been tying me back from doing an unacceptable things regarded by the community is always things i learned bit by bit in that time,it's only now things are a bit clearer of where n how i should use the lessons they thought us all.the sad thing is people dont always understand those things or they did, but somehow forgotten or the memory get twisted a bit so yeah what left is some kind of hybrid type of understanding which they think is the true one-that's actually the reason they warned us to always live in a community so that one can always remind each other of what's wrong n what's not-i know im not good at convincing people this way really hence never tried haha,but it saddened me seeing each n everyone of us-well not all- being swept away slowly frm the actual path,im just frustrated i couldnt say anything but that's just it i dont have any guilt since everyone is mumaiyiz hnce they should know what they r doing-emm i think one scary thing is that we smtms have different definition of what's right n what's not hmmm....

1.hana's coming though still dont know the exact time she'll b arriving but yes we'll b waiting with open arms :)
2.heath ledger is dead?!?!?!that's just awful the way his life ended,he's such a promising actor and at a young age too,28,really we dont have a complete control of ourlives do we?that reminds me every ticking of the clock bring us closer to the end hmmph...
3.i've collected approximately 40 completed questionnaire for my med.info project,so just need to distribute another 20 questionnaire-which im hoping can b done by nasrul,n yeah i need to keep in the datas,maybe some time next week or when i feel bored to death by those bacte n patho some time within the next few week s

one of the pt i saw at outpatient has gca but she doesnt seem to b in that age where u r prone to gca,well the clinic was for respi team but most of the pt coming were apparently referred to them bcos of some respi related prob like coughing up smthg though there R other bigger underlying prob but well the reg has no authority to say stop all those simpleton cases from coming over so he just follow what he was told to do haha sorry im blabbering nonsense again

oh went to town earlier with kebar he got himself a new phone since the last one was broken after just a few months of use,my throat is still hurting though no phlegm it's still uncomfortable n to make it worse the weather is colder so it's knda irritates my throat further hmmph...

the main reason for the trip to brussels was actually to see the fireworks but unfortunately a couple of hours before we took our bus to dublin,news in the net stated the huge celebration wont b held as they normally have yeah it was a bit of dissappoinment at the same time bringing fear in me bcos the reason was terror threat?!?!?i knew nothing about that n suddenly there's a terror threat???but we still went there,nothing happen except that we didnt go to the grand place on the first night-it wasnt as bad as they said in the news,they have police officers all over the place but not armed with the big guns like we saw in paris several yrs ago,they walk around blending in though obviously couldnt bcos of their sriking colour uniform emblazing the word police haha it's funny seeing some tourist even asked them to help taking pictures when the place was actually flooded with other nrmal people haha oh i've tried the waffle the taste is different from here,they have sort of honey taste which is so sweet,the topping make them even better,but since im trying not to gain weight again i just tried 2,one with ice cream n the other has choc syrup on it,n yeah we got our hands on the mussels too hahah they served in a pot, a big one too :D but it was delicious n another thing i now acquired this addiction listening to ths romeo+juliet musical songs?!im a bit stupefied as well hahaha somehow they have many musical on their tele hehe not to mention their language is different which kind of luring me more into it :) i always love the languange just that we live in a wrld predominating by anglaise....
