im actually want to write about this morning where we went to the immigration office at an early hour of 6 n been standing in the drizzle for hours waiting for the office to open but the end result was that we have to come again to register,y?bcos apparently the officer put up some unofficial note on the standing board inside the office,where we clearly wont b able to read unless we peer into the office through the glass wall,since there's no one to confirm whether that's actually meant for those who come to do the registration on the day,we decided to stay at least till we get into the office at about 10 am.so that make's us waiting for like 4 hrs n guess what,the office did open at 10 but the only counter operating was the one for licence thingy n still no one came up n tell us what really was that note all about;the note was stating that the counter 'll reopen at 4-7 pm on the 21st/9 n for ticket holders only,huh did u see what it's saying???they r not taking anyone for registration in the morning or b4 4 pm,omg do they think everyone has time to come n go according to time that suit them??!?!y can they just stick to the normal office hour or if they want to do smthg like that maybe they can come up with some official looking like note put up in front of the office so that everyone 'll know once looking at it gah lazy bums always doing ridiculous things
