i couldnt sleep, i've been up for two hours
this is like waking 4 hours earlier then my normal waking hour
n gah im bloated from eating too much
could that b the reason?

tomorrow i have clinic to attend, but i want to go
n talk to this particular pt as well for my case report
at least i have one case from this week
n the second one from the next week
then wait for the child psych week for one more case

the clinic is at 10
n we have to go to one of psych place later in the afternoon
oh i need to go to the bank by this week too
