my pt couldnt remember why she was depressed
or rather she gave me smthg which is totally
made up-well i think so
bcos its not related to her but she believes that
is the reason emm now it sounds like delusion?haha
n that eo wants us to provide a complete
past psych history for the case
but not without the help of the charts
if i do ask the pt again
she will either repeat the same answer or
she might come out with a new story haaih...
n the truth is i couldnt find the depressive
episode in the chart anyway
